We appreciate your continued patience as we complete this project. Please note that the Phase II sidewalk construction was added after the project began and was not included in the original scope of work, contributing to the extended project timeline. In addition, the extensive water main and water service installation required has been a complex and time-intensive process that has also added to the project's duration.

Eastbound Remington Avenue at the roundabout will remain closed to traffic while construction continues. This allows crews to safely complete the remaining water line work, retention pond, curb and gutter, and sidewalk construction before paving the entire section of Remington Avenue, from East Pinetree Boulevard through the roundabout, in a single operation. Completing the paving at one time will minimize the need for additional traffic disruptions.

We ask citizens to be mindful of their speed while traveling through the corridor and along posted detours.
